The devices we supply are usually preconfigured before delivery. In the event that we need to provide you with additional hardware or that an update needs to be performed you will find below the necessary instructions for installing and updating the application.

Once installed and updated, the Ticketack application can be configured inseveral modes of use (entry control, usher, inventory, cashier, etc.) which are described in the specific articles.

On Android devices that have the Play Store, simply install the Net Oxygen Ticketack app from the app store.

Qui ne dispose pas du Play Store

On Datalogic-branded Android devices, you will need to manually download the application package from https://neto2.net/posdtapk.

Sur un appareil Apple

On iOS devices, simply install the Net Oxygen Ticketack app from the app store.

Sur un ordinateur

On a computer, simply go to https://xxx.ticketack.com/user/login (xxx must be replaced by your Ticketack instance prefix).
