How do I connect my payment terminal to another Wi-Fi network?

The Wallee payment terminals are configured upon receipt to the Ticketack network. If for some reason you do not have access to this network at the location where you intend to place the TPE, you can connect it to the network of your choice.

To do this, simply follow the steps below:

  1. On your interface, select the settings icon, represented by a small gear at the bottom right.
  2. Once on the new interface, press “Configure device,” represented by a screen symbol with a gear on it.
  3. A window prompting you for a password will appear. Enter the password: 2005.
  4. Then press the Wi-Fi symbol labeled “Configure Wi-Fi”.
  5. Finally, select your network and connect using your password.

The POS terminal indicates the connection with the Wi-Fi symbol in the top bar. If the connection is successful, you can return to the home screen by pressing the home symbol at the bottom center.

It is recommended to perform a connection test. To do this, press again on the settings symbol at the bottom right, shaped like a gear. Then, press on “Connection test,” represented by the handshake symbol.

If the connection is successful, you can return to the menu. Otherwise, please restart the device. To do this, press the power button on the right side of your device and select “Restart” or “Power off”.
