The Move 5000 TPEs are configured to receive on the Ticketack network. If for some reason you do not have access to this network at the location where you intend to place the TPE, you can connect it to the network of your choice.
To do this, simply follow the steps below:
Enter the Menu with the “.” and enter the following keys:
Password : 1111
Scan Networks (choose your network, and connect to it with your password)
The TPE will show you New Profile Ok and the wifi icon in the top left corner should then turn green.
It is then advisable to do a communication test by returning to the home screen using the red button, then pressing the grey button (top right of the keyboard). If the test fails, a reboot of the device (tpe on the base: yellow button + “.”) should allow the communication test to pass.
