What tests should you do before going live?

Why is testing necessary?

Your ticketing system offers a wide range of features that can be enabled or disabled based on your use case. As an organizer, you are best equipped to understand the specific rules and policies of your events. Therefore, conducting tests, in addition to the ones we perform, is crucial to ensure that everything functions as per your expectations and those of your clients.

These tests not only ensure proper functionality but also help you familiarize yourself with the current system version. For instance, they can enable you to provide guidance to your staff or clients if needed.

When should tests be performed?

Tests should be conducted before the production launch of your ticketing system and ideally after any major system updates.

How should these tests be performed?

We recommend printing this page and using it as a checklist. As you complete each test, tick the corresponding box. It’s best to perform the tests in the order suggested. Feel free to add other tests specific to your use case and skip those that aren’t applicable (e.g., if you don’t use numbered seats or the mobile app).

If you encounter any issues during testing, please contact us.
