Access from Kronos
Scanner profiles are no longer configured from your ticketing site. Sign in to Kronos, then open Administration → Equipment → QR codes (/configuration_qr_codes).
You need configuration_qr_codes permissions to access this screen.
Map rooms to device profiles
On the QR codes page, assign the expected profile(s) to each room (sales, access control, kiosk, etc.). Selecting several rooms no longer requires Ctrl+click; use the standard multi-select behaviour provided by the UI.
Reminders
- Configuration QR codes pair devices with rooms quickly.
- For hardware fleet topics (printers, payment terminals, etc.), use the Equipment area in Kronos or the hardware articles in the knowledge base.
