Using the Como loyalty program from the Ticketack point of sale

Introduction

The Como loyalty program integration feature is available only for clients with a contract with Como. Como offers advanced solutions to retain your customers and increase their engagement. If you are interested in this integration and would like to benefit from favorable conditions, please feel free to contact us.

Creating a Loyalty Account

Currently, creating a Como loyalty account is not implemented directly on the Ticketack point of sale. Your customers need to download and use the dedicated mobile app to create their loyalty account and access all the features offered by Como. In the app, customers can register by providing the necessary information and immediately start accumulating points and enjoying benefits.

Searching for a Loyalty Account

To enhance your customers’ experience, you can search for a Como loyalty account directly from your Ticketack point of sale in several different ways :

Como

First, press the ‘Loyalty Account’ button located on the right side of the screen. Then, to search for a loyalty account, you have the following options :

By Phone Number
– Access the loyalty account search interface (screenshot below) on your Ticketack point of sale.
– Enter the customer’s phone number in the designated search field.
– Click ‘Search.’ If the number is associated with a loyalty account, the account details will be displayed on the screen.

By Unique Code
– Ask the customer for the 4-digit unique code generated with their QR code.
– Enter this code into the search field on your Ticketack point of sale interface.
– Click ‘Search’ to retrieve the customer’s loyalty account information.

By Scanning a QR Code
– From your Ticketack ticketing system, it is not possible to scan a Como QR code.

Como

 

You also have the option to use a promo code in the ‘Use a Code’ section. This field is not intended to search for a user’s Como account but simply to enter a promo code provided by Como to its users.

Using Benefits and Discounts

Once you have accessed the customer’s loyalty account, you can apply various benefits and discounts that the customer has accumulated :

– View the available benefits on the customer’s loyalty account from the Ticketack interface.
– Apply the selected benefit or discount directly to the current transaction.
– Confirm the transaction. The system will automatically update the customer’s loyalty points balance and benefits accordingly.
