Access
In Kronos, switch to Operations, then open Customers (/customers).
Typical uses
- search or open a customer record;
- review purchases, bookings and payment instruments;
- manage subscriptions or wallets when your role allows it.
Visible fields depend on modules and permissions; support can document what applies to your instance.
