Datalogic entry scanners are no longer actively monitored by our teams for developments and detailed troubleshooting.<\/p>\n

For any new deployment or replacement, refer to the Zebra entrance scanners<\/a>, which now constitute our material reference.<\/p>\n

Using Datalogic scanners after 1er<\/sup> August 2024 (SSL certificates)<\/h2>\n

Following certain changes made by the organization responsible for issuing our SSL certificates, it is essential to follow the procedure below to continue using branded scanners Datalogic after August 1, 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

1 – Application update<\/h2>\n

The latest version of the Ticketack application at the time of writing this article is the 3.15.2<\/strong>.
\nIf your application is already in this version, you can skip directly to step 2.<\/p>\n

To update:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Open the app “Navigateur<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
  2. Enter the URL http:\/\/neto2.net\/posdt.apk<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. If a security warning appears, click “Continuer<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
  4. Wait for the download to complete (indicator at the top left of the screen)<\/li>\n
  5. Open the downloaded file (either from the top of the screen or from the “Downloads” app)<\/li>\n
  6. Follow the installation procedure<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2 – Installing the certificate<\/h2>\n

    It is necessary to install a certificate to allow the Ticketack application to function properly.<\/p>\n

    To install the certificate:<\/p>\n

    1. Open the app “Navigateur<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
    2. Enter the URL http:\/\/neto2.net\/c.pem<\/a><\/li>\n
    3. Wait for the download to complete (indicator at the top left of the screen)<\/li>\n
    4. Open the app “Settings<\/strong>” (gray gear)<\/li>\n
    5. Go to “Security<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
    6. Press “Install from SD card<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
    7. Press “Storage memory<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
    8. Press “Download<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
    9. Choose the file c.pem<\/strong><\/li>\n
    10. In the field “Certificate Name<\/strong>“, enter ISRG<\/strong> and press OK<\/strong><\/li>\n
    11. A message appears asking you to create a PIN, tap OK<\/strong><\/li>\n
    12. Then choose \u201cPIN Code\u201d as the unlock method<\/li>\n
    13. Choose and enter your PIN code twice (0000 for example)<\/li>\n
    14. A little message saying “ISRG installed<\/strong>” should appear at the bottom of the screen for 3 seconds<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
