To assign the same access profile to several users in one step, use the Users<\/strong> list.<\/p>\n

Procedure<\/h2>\n

  1. Sign in to Kronos<\/a>, then open Administration<\/strong> \u2192 Users<\/strong> (\/users<\/code><\/a>).<\/li>\n
  2. Filter the list<\/strong> if needed: use the filter fields under the column headers, for example Functions<\/strong> (e.g. Volunteer, Cashier\u2026), Full name<\/strong> or E-mail<\/strong>. Only users shown after filtering can be selected.<\/li>\n
  3. Select users<\/strong>: tick the checkbox on each relevant row, or tick the checkbox in the first column header to select all currently visible rows.<\/li>\n
  4. An action bar appears above the table: choose the desired profile from the drop-down list.<\/li>\n
  5. Click Apply access profile<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. If a confirmation dialog opens (Apply access profile<\/strong>), review the summary and click Confirm application<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
