Access profiles<\/strong> group Kronos permissions (read, edit, create, etc. per module). They are templates for quickly assigning the same rights to several users.<\/p>\n

Open access profile management<\/h2>\n

  1. Sign in to Kronos<\/a>, then open Administration<\/strong> \u2192 Users<\/strong> (\/users<\/code><\/a>).<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Access profiles<\/strong> button at the top right of the list (see screenshot below).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You reach your Ticketack instance page, Access profiles<\/strong> section (\/tktInstances\/edit\/\u2026<\/code>).<\/p>\n

    If you do not see this button<\/strong> or the page shows a forbidden-access message, you do not have the required rights (Edit access profiles<\/em> permission). Ask your manager or an administrator to grant them.<\/p>\n

    Create or edit a profile<\/h2>\n

    1. In the Access profiles<\/strong> section, enter the new profile name and click Add<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Select an Access profile<\/strong> in the left column.<\/li>\n
    3. Adjust the profile name and the rights table (create, read, edit, delete, etc. for each Kronos module).<\/li>\n
    4. Click Save<\/strong> at the bottom of the page to confirm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Saved profiles can then be applied to a user from their record, or in bulk from the users list.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
