The <strong>Ticketack integration<\/strong> section lists the fields used on import (see screenshot above).<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"ticketing-mode\">Ticketing mode<\/h3>\n<p><em>What ticketing mode do you want to use (nothing selected = ticketack)?<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>[nothing selected] \/ Ticketack<\/strong> \u2014 Standard ticketing; the <strong>pricing list<\/strong> and <strong>quota model<\/strong> below apply.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ticketack, but ignore overlap rules<\/strong> \u2014 Same as above, but <strong>overlap rules<\/strong> are ignored (e.g. a long cocktail slot spanning several screenings, or VOD screenings running through the whole festival).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Free<\/strong> \u2014 Free admission without Ticketack ticketing. <strong>Note:<\/strong> for online booking at price 0, keep the default mode and pick a grid with only free prices (often <em>gratis<\/em>).<\/li>\n<li><strong>E-mail<\/strong> \u2014 Manual bookings by e-mail. Grid and contingents are not applied.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Other<\/strong> \u2014 External ticketing; describe it in the \u00ab&nbsp;Other&nbsp;\u00bb field. Grid and contingents are not applied.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ignore<\/strong> \u2014 Not imported into Ticketack.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"pricing-list\">Pricing list<\/h3>\n<p><em>What pricing list should be applied (nothing selected = default)?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pick the Kronos grid id (e.g. <em>default<\/em>, <em>gratis<\/em>, <em>nopricing<\/em>). If nothing is selected, the <strong>default<\/strong> grid applies (except in <em>Free<\/em>, <em>E-mail<\/em>, <em>Other<\/em> or <em>Ignore<\/em> modes).<\/p>\n<p><em>nopricing<\/em> means no pricing grid is attached. See <a href=\"https:\/\/ticketack.com\/en\/knowledge-base\/gestion-des-grilles-tarifaires\/\"><i>Managing pricing grids<\/i><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"quota-model\">Contingent models (Quota model)<\/h3>\n<p><em>What quota model should be used (nothing selected = default)?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Select the <strong>contingent model<\/strong> from Kronos (e.g. <em>default<\/em>, <em>cocktail<\/em>, <em>opening<\/em>, <em>closing<\/em>). This replaces the old \u00ab&nbsp;Passes&nbsp;\u00bb checkboxes.
