Sign in to <a href=\"https:\/\/ticketack.com\/en\/knowledge-base\/comment-se-connecter-a-linterface-de-gestion-kronos\/\">Kronos<\/a>, then open <strong>Administration<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>Equipment<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>QR codes<\/strong> (<a class=\"kb-kronos-path\" href=\"https:\/\/kronos.ticketack.com\/configuration_qr_codes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><code>\/configuration_qr_codes<\/code><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>You need <em>configuration_qr_codes<\/em> permissions to access this screen.<\/p>\n<h2>Map rooms to device profiles<\/h2>\n<p>On the QR codes page, assign the expected profile(s) to each room (sales, access control, kiosk, etc.). Selecting several rooms no longer requires <strong>Ctrl+click<\/strong>; use the standard multi-select behaviour provided by the UI.<\/p>\n<h2>Reminders<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Configuration QR codes pair devices with rooms quickly.<\/li>\n<li>For hardware fleet topics (printers, payment terminals, etc.), use the <strong>Equipment<\/strong> area in Kronos or the hardware articles in the knowledge base.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Access from Kronos Scanner profiles are no longer configured from your ticketing site.
