It is possible to send an automatic e-mail allowing the payment of the accreditation from the online ticketing system and then the reservation of the session. tab for a research by type of accreditation, or name accredited<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\">All imported accreditations are visible in the ticketing system in the &#8220;<b>Tickets<\/b>&#8221; tab: you can search by the name of the accredited. You can access the accreditation details to check the information and make sure of the status.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">The three possible statuses are :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><b>new <\/b>: The accreditation is pending payment. It is not usable (no booking possible and does not pass the scan at the entrance).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><b>activated <\/b>: The accreditation is paid for and therefore fully usable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><b>b<\/b><b>locked <\/b>: The accreditation has been paid but is blocked. It is not usable (no booking possible and does not pass the scan at the entrance).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"western\">since the &#8220;<b>Tickets<\/b>&#8221; interface, you can also carry out a search by type of accreditation and status, for example, check all the accreditations found and launch the printout after selecting the printer at the top right of the interface, the printer <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><u>local:pdf<\/u><\/span> to get a print-ready PDF of these accreditations.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\"><a name=\"__RefHeading___Toc74296_2838136124\"><\/a> <span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><u>Sales statement&#8221; tab to print all the accreditations activated the day before<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\">As explained at the end of the section \u00ab <b>General principle of operation<\/b> \u00bb, accreditations activated the day before are available in the \u00ab <b>Statement of sales<\/b> \u00bb to which the administrators have access. If you want to regularly pre-print accreditations before the festival, this may be a good way to do it. Use simply the date filter, then do a search on on &#8220;accreditation&#8221; for example.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\"><a name=\"__RefHeading__165_1857518396\"><\/a> <span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><u>Payment of accreditation on site<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\">If the status of the accreditation is new, i.e. it has not yet been paid, it is sufficient to cash it in and activate it from :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\">click on &#8220;View&#8221; to access the accreditation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">click on the button \u00ab<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><b> Activer <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\">if applicable choose a rate to add it to the cart.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">The payment then proceeds as any other payment<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">on the<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> point of sale <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">and<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">the<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">accreditation can be printed and issued.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 class=\"western\"><a name=\"__RefHeading___Toc1007_627257695\"><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Accreditation requests directly at the desk<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">If someone comes to the desk to request accreditation, here are the steps to follow:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Create the accreditation on <i>Eventival<\/i> by entering all the information.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Approve accreditation on <i>Eventival<\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Wait for the next full 15 minutes for the import script to run.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Find and activate the accreditation in Ticketack as described <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">previously<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1 class=\"western\">Accreditation configuration on the Eventival side<\/h1>\n<h3 class=\"western\"><a name=\"__RefHeading__147_1857518396\"><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Types of accreditations<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">You can create as many types of accreditations as you need.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\"><a name=\"__RefHeading__149_1857518396\"><\/a> <span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><u>Accreditations layout<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">The layout is managed by the ticketing office, so there is no need to fine-tune it at Eventival.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">you must nevertheless assign to all types of accreditation<b>the same layout.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">This layout must contain the following widgets :<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Login e-mail (will be taken in priority)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Main business card email(s) without group (if any) (the first address of this field will be used instead of login e-mail if it is empty)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Statut de l&#8217;op\u00e9ration de paiement<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">&#8211;BARCODE&#8211;
