General principle<\/span><\/h1>\n

We set up a Trello Board<\/var> for your event that allows us to communicate optimally with your team and allows you and us to have a general overview of the tasks in progress or to be done to complete our common project.<\/span><\/p>\n

Table<\/h2>\n

The Trello board<\/var> is the set of columns and cards related to your event. It can be considered as a large whiteboard where Post-its (cards<\/var>) are hung and moved from one column<\/var> to another as they are completed.<\/p>\n

Card<\/h2>\n

Trello cards<\/var> can be considered as Post-its related to a task or a group of tasks needed to complete your event.<\/p>\n

Each card has a title, a description, possibly attachments, checklists, members.<\/p>\n

An expiry date can also be associated to a card<\/var>.<\/p>\n

Column<\/h2>\n

The columns<\/var> allow you to group cards<\/var> by category. Cards normally travel from one column to another as they go through their life cycle (usually from left to right). A description of the columns defined for your event is available below.<\/p>\n

Columns<\/h1>\n

Planning<\/h2>\n

This column contains the next steps in the schedule.<\/p>\n

The cards are sorted by increasing expiry date.<\/p>\n

If any of the steps in the schedule require a response or work from you or Net Oxygen, it should be moved to one of the two columns on the right.<\/p>\n

When the step is completed, the card is added to the planning of <\/u><\/span>the next edition<\/u><\/span> (column on the far right).<\/p>\n

Blocked \/ waiting for information from you<\/h2>\n

This column contains the cards that need to be processed by you.<\/p>\n

The cards that appear first are the ones that seem to us the most blocking and that risk to delay the planning.<\/p>\n

When you have provided the necessary information or have a question about one of the cards in this column, simply move it to the column to the rightWaiting for Net Oxygen<\/u><\/span>, so that we can take the necessary action (filing, or new answer).<\/p>\n

Waiting for Net Oxygen<\/h2>\n

This column contains the cards that need to be filed or processed by Net Oxygen.<\/p>\n

The cards that appear first are those that are considered by the festival to be the most urgent.<\/p>\n

Once Net Oxygen is aware of this card, it will be moved to one of the right-hand columns for processing, or, if information is missing, to the left-hand column Blocked, waiting for return f<\/u><\/span>rom your share<\/u><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Treatment in progress<\/h2>\n

This column contains the cards that are currently being processed by Net Oxygen.<\/p>\n

The cards that appear first are the ones that will be processed most urgently.<\/p>\n

When Net Oxygen has finished processing a card in this column, it will be moved to one of the right-hand columns for sorting, or, if confirmation is required, to the left-hand column B<\/u><\/span>locked \/ waiting to be returned f <\/u><\/span>rom your share<\/u><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Fact<\/h2>\n

This column contains the cards that are considered finished and serves as an archive.<\/p>\n

The cards in this column are placed here by Net Oxygen, the ones that appear first are the ones that have been completed the most recently.<\/p>\n

If a card in this column is not actually finished, please move it towaiting for Net Oxygen<\/u><\/span> with a comment so that we can reprocess it.<\/p>\n

Next edition \/ to be discussed<\/h2>\n

This column contains cards that will need to be discussed for a future edition or that should result in an estimate from Net Oxygen.<\/p>\n

The cards in this column are listed in descending order of priority.<\/p>\n

Next edition planning<\/h2>\n

This column contains the next steps in the planning of the next edition of the festival.<\/p>\n

The cards from the current edition’s schedule are moved to this column as they come in.<\/p>\n

The cards may not be sorted by date yet and the dates may not be up to date.<\/p>\n

Tips<\/h1>\n

What if you don’t get a response ?<\/h2>\n

It can happen you do not get an answer to your questions in a satisfactory time for various reasons (forget to notify a user, temporary overload, etc.). If this should unfortunately happen, we recommend that you contact us by phone and tell our staff member the <\/span><\/span><\/span>Trello card<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/var> concerned.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Notify a user<\/h2>\n

In order to notify a user (Net Oxygen employee or one of your own colleagues who is a member of the Trello board<\/var>), simply type the @ symbol followed by the person’s username (the system will offer to fill in their name automatically).<\/p>\n

For example :<\/p>\n

@jonathanernst can you tell us when the material will be delivered ?<\/samp><\/p>\n

A push notification<\/var> and an email will be automatically sent to Jonathan Ernst in this example.<\/p>\n

Quote all or part of a previous message<\/h2>\n

To quote all or part of a message, simply precede the quote with the symbol larger than (>).<\/p>\n

For example :<\/p>\n

> Do you want to allow your visitors to cancel reservations<\/samp><\/p>\n

Information to be provided to us<\/h1>\n
