Refer to the document <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><i><a class=\"western\" href=\"https:\/\/ticketack.com\/documentation\/Fran%C3%A7ais\/Ticketack%20-%20Programmation%20-%20Eventival.pdf\">Ticketack &#8211; Programmation &#8211; Eventival.pdf<\/a><\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">for more information.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">I<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">f you use another tool, the application of <\/span><var><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">tariff grids<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/var><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">and other rules on <\/span><var><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">types of <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/var><var><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">tickets<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/var><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> can either be done according to import rules or specified from your tool.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1 class=\"western\"><a name=\"__RefHeading___Toc1147_4088058224\"><\/a>Ownership of rates<\/h1>\n<p class=\"western\">Basic information<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><b>N<\/b> <b>ame<\/b> The name of the fare in each of the activated languages will appear on the point-of-sale interface and\/or your website or the ticketing service&#8217;s website; it is advisable to choose a short and explicit name, avoiding unnecessary words if possible (e.g. &#8220;Students&#8221; instead of &#8220;Student fare&#8221;, &#8220;20 years old, 20 francs&#8221; instead of &#8220;20 years old, 20 francs card&#8221;)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><b>D<\/b><b>escription <\/b>: the description of the tariff, in each of the activated languages, can be presented to the customers who make their purchase online. It is also possible to use this description in the <i>layout<\/i> of the ticket.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><b>E<\/b> <b>ligibility<\/b> : indicate here a short sentence for the personnel who scan the tickets at the entrances only for the tariffs which require a document of legitimation (student card for example).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><b>P<\/b><b>rice <\/b>: The price is the amount charged to the buyer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><b>V<\/b><b>alue <\/b>: the value is the book value of this <var>fare<\/var> from a ticketing perspective. In general the value is equal to the price.<br \/>\nIf you receive money from a third party in addition to the price when you sell this fare (subsidy for example); in this case indicate a value equal to the price + the subsidy received, the system will then automatically calculate the amounts to claim.<br \/>\nOn the contrary, if you have to pay a part of the price to a third party (commission to a third party for example), indicate a value lower than the price. Finally, if the fare represents a ticket that has been paid in advance using another system &#8211; or on the contrary that will be paid later, for example by invoice &#8211; then indicate a price of 0 and a value corresponding to the amount collected on the other system.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><b>TVA<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><b>Value per event<\/b> :<b><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> In the case of subscriptions or other types of tickets for several events, you can break down the value to be assigned per event here. For example, in the case of a card with 10 entries at 100 CHF, you could decide to assign 10 CHF to each reservation. TODO : this property is not yet modifiable from Kronos]<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><b>Category<\/b><b> <\/b>: in the case of numbered places, the category of a fare must correspond to the category of seats for which that fare is available.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\">Display :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><b>Ordre<\/b> : <b><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">integer that defines the order of the tariff, the larger the integer the more the tariff will appear &#8220;last&#8221;.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><b>Classe CSS<\/b> : <b><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">allows you to specify a CSS class in order to give a particular visual style to a price list using your custom style sheet (this style can be different on the point of sale, the eshop or the mobile application).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\">Rules :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><b>Valid from : <\/b><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">start date of the tariff [TODO: this is not yet taken into account].<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><b>V<\/b><b>alid until : <\/b><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">end date of the tariff validity [TODO: this is not yet taken into account].<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><b>Roles<\/b><b> <\/b>: indicate here a list of user roles that have the right to sell tickets at this rate. The default roles available are as follows :<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008080;\"><u>admin <\/u><\/span>: the whole of directors<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008080;\"><u>eshop<\/u><\/span> : your website, ticketing site and mobile application if available<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008080;\"><u>on-site<\/u><\/span> : your employees at the points of sale during the event<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008080;\"><u>partner<\/u><\/span> : external partners (tourist office, partner stores, etc.)<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008080;\"><u>accred <\/u><\/span>: the whole of users who have this role (usually the accreditation office).<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><i>Note: if no role is selected, the tariff will be disabled.<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><i>Note: To select multiple roles, hold down the Ctrl key.<\/i><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><b>Limit this rate to the following ticket types :<\/b><b><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">here you have the possibility to show this rate only for people who are connected with a <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><i><b><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">type of ticket<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/i><b><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> (subscription, accreditation, etc.) specific.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><b>Prohibit this rate for the following ticket types:<\/b><b><span style=\"color: #4c4c4c;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">conversely, you can define here that if a person is logged in with a specific type of ticket, he\/she should not see this rate.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The tariff grids are managed through the management interface Kronos.
