The <em>subscriptions<\/em> and their properties are described in detail in the document <a class=\"western\" href=\"https:\/\/ticketack.com\/documentation\/Fran%C3%A7ais\/Ticketack%20-%20Grilles%20tarifaires,%20abonnements%20et%20contingents.pdf\"><i>Pricing grids, subscriptions and contingents<\/i><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Book-on-check<\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\">The &#8220;book-on-check&#8221; feature allows, as much as the <var>bucket<\/var> <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><u>book-on-check<\/u><\/span> (or any other contingent accessible by the role<span style=\"color: #008080;\"><u><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">entry-check<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/span>) has been defined as such &#8211; which is its default function &#8211; to people who have a <var>subscription<\/var> eligible for an<var>event<\/var> but who have not made a prior reservation, to enter the room. In doing so, the system creates a reservation at the time of entry control for the <var>event<\/var> in a way transparent way for the input controller and the client and thi, for all that long as there are still places available accessibles in the contingents since which the <var>bucket<\/var> <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><u>book-on-check<\/u><\/span> can take places.<\/p>\n<p>For more information on the application dedicated to entry control, please refer to the document <a class=\"western\" href=\"https:\/\/ticketack.com\/documentation\/Fran%C3%A7ais\/Ticketack%20-%20Contr%C3%B4le%20d'entr%C3%A9e.pdf\"><i>Input control<\/i><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">bucket<\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\">The bucket are powerful mechanism to define which types of tickets (subscriptions, one-way tickets) can get a seat for an event based on different cumulative criteria. The bucket are described in detail in the document <a class=\"western\" href=\"https:\/\/ticketack.com\/documentation\/Fran%C3%A7ais\/Ticketack%20-%20Grilles%20tarifaires,%20abonnements%20et%20contingents.pdf\"><i>Pricing grids, subscriptions and contingents<\/i><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Event<\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\">A <em>event<\/em> is defined by its date, title and other meta-data depending on the type of <em>event<\/em>. It can be a session, a concert, a conference, etc.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Price list<\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\">The <var>tariff grids <\/var> allow the grouping of different <var>price<\/var> and from apply them to a set of <var>events<\/var>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">No show<\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\">The &#8220;no-show&#8221; feature allows room managers to free up reserved to help of <var>events<\/var> of people who did not present themselves at the entry control at a given time. Additional places are thus made available in the contingent <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><u>no-show<\/u><\/span> for of other clients who are on place (depending on the rules linked to this <var>bucket<\/var>). Note : Place taken with a ticket for a single session and seats reserved less than 15 minutes ago are not released when this function is activated from the room management application.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Overbooking<\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\">The functionality<var>overbooking<\/var> Allows users with the role <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><u>overbooking<\/u><\/span> (c.f. user management described in the document <a class=\"western\" href=\"https:\/\/ticketack.com\/documentation\/Fran%C3%A7ais\/Ticketack%20-%20Administration,%20gestion%20des%20utilisateurs%20et%20statistiques.pdf\"><i>Administration, user management and statistics<\/i><\/a> ) to sell or make reservations beyond the capacity of the room. In doing so the <var>bucket<\/var> <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><u>overbooking<\/u><\/span> is increased by the chosen number of places, thus increasing the capacity of the room in the system.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Price<\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\">The <var>price<\/var> is associated with a <var>price list <\/var>or a <var>ticket type<\/var>.
