Cancel the last transaction<\/h2>\n

With a Wallee payment terminal<\/h3>\n

To cancel the last sale from a Walle payment terminal, all you have to do from the payment terminal is :<\/p>\n

  1. Press the “Menu” button (the 3 straight lines) on the terminal ;<\/li>\n
  2. Select “Cancel” from the menu;<\/li>\n
  3. Enter the cancellation code for your Wallee terminal;<\/li>\n
  4. The terminal will display the amount of the last transaction performed. Check that the amount is correct, then press “Validate” to cancel the transaction;<\/li>\n
  5. The terminal will then ask you to confirm the cancellation. Press “Yes” to continue;<\/li>\n
  6. Wait for the terminal to confirm the cancellation of the transaction, then print the customer ticket.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Refund on a payment card<\/h2>\n

    With a Wallee payment terminal<\/h3>\n

    In order to refund an older transaction, it is necessary to have the customer’s payment card and to follow the following instructions:<\/p>\n

    1. Press the “Menu” button (the 3 straight lines) on the terminal ;<\/li>\n
    2. Select “Cr\u00e9dit” on the main menu ;<\/li>\n
    3. Enter the admin password of your terminal ;<\/li>\n
    4. Enter the amount to credit on the customer card ;<\/li>\n
    5. Insert the customer’s payment card into the terminal;<\/li>\n
    6. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the refund;<\/li>\n
    7. Print the customer receipt if necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      With a SumUp payment terminal<\/h3>\n

      To refund a sale from a SumUp payment terminal, simply refund the transaction from the Ticketack sales record.<\/p>\n

      We will receive an email, and a Net Oxygen employee will process the refund.<\/p>\n

      The refund will be automatically credited to the customer’s payment card. Note that refunds may take up to 7 business days to be processed and appear on the customer’s statement.<\/p>\n
