How do I contact technical support?

If you are experiencing difficulties with the processes or information provided in this knowledge base or with Ticketack in general, you can contact us in a number of ways:

  • On the Signal group dedicated to your organization (if applicable)

  • On the Yoda board dedicated to your organization (if applicable)

  • By phone at 022 364 8000

  • In case of emergency, outside of business hours, by calling 022 777 74 91 and following the instructions on the answering machine 24/7
